Ok so tomorrow morning about 6.45 am Elise and I will be offically off to see the specialist.
I have all my fingers and toes and ears and anything else crossed that we will get a result and a realitively simple fix to whatever is wrong with Elise.
I have thrown in all the medication the Doctors have given her over the past few months – not that she takes most of it but I guess it’s better to have it there and show this Doctor than to leave it at home in the cupboard.
I have typed up a list of dates of when she was ill and when she was just “resting” to make it easier for him to work out a time line of her illness. I had forgotton that this “saga” had been happening since the 28 February which quite frankly in anyones language is a bloody long time. No wonder Elise is exhausted.
We have both packed our bags just in case we have to stay in Bendigo for further tests.
I have thrown in a good book and my knitting to fill in any so called empty hours I might have in either waiting rooms or anywhere else for that matter.
Elise has discovered that the DVD player in my car does work and has put in the six DVD set of “The Darling Buds of May” to keep herself occupied on the drive. I might add that Bendigo is only 2 hours from Swan Hill so either she is going to watch all of them in fast forward or selectively watch just some episodes…vbg.
I have not packed any chocolate – but I did thrown in the Spotlight catalog (they have a sale on wool…….ohhhhh) just in case I find something of interest that just begs me to take it home with me.
The car is full of fuel and I even found time to vacuum it today so now it’s clean.
Mum is organized to take and pick up kids from school.
Ashley is organized (well as much as he will ever be) for work.
As soon as I know what is wrong (or right) with Elise I will let you all know.
Thank you all so much for your support and encouragement, prayers and good wishes. We couldn’t have done this without you.
