This is a Photo Blog Today

I have finally found time to download the camera and thought I should post some photos of our holidays….

Our Camp – basic but fairly comfortable if you don’t count how cold it got Saturday night.

Camping and cutting wood
The wood trailer and saw bench in the back ground. We filled that trailer (5 x 8 feet with a 3 foot high crate on it) three times. Still need to get another load to see us through the winter, but considering the price of petrol has skyrocketed over night, might wait awhile until the price stablalises.

James and Easter Bunnies Presents
James and the books he received from Easter Bunny. The look on his face was priceless when he discovered that Easter Bunny had left him something. Why that was in doubt I will never know. He can read “Snore” just about by himself, with only a little help. By the way the picture isn’t dark from the flash – it is taken very early in the morning. This is Sunday morning, after the extremly cold Saturday night where I spent most of it imitating an ice block.

And just to prove how really cold it is becoming now winter is on it’s way……
I couldn’t work out why Sally was staring at this quilt – then I discovered Jess had worked his way in here and snuggled down for a nap. He really resented having his photo taken and stalked off not long afterwards.

Every old lady needs a mid morning nap
Cleo curled up on the couch in the rumpus room yesterday (Thursday) morning. She was so deeply asleep she didn’t even hear me walk through the rumpus room a dozen times – well she is getting old, 15 next birthday.

Thank you for leaving a comment. I love to read your thoughts on my posts and I do try to respond, sometimes though life gets in the way.
